A little fancy thingy in my to-do list last year. Though I can't sing well, it is really good time to enjoy myself with an amazing guitarist. A recording was simply saved after 2 trials in 10 minutes.

Things to remember when keeping members involved.

I've made phone call to individual member of the ISO team. It was disappointing.

Please remember:
- What they say might not be what they think, or do. Human being does not get fined for being irrational, though he should be honest.

- Some times, the more they talk, the more they want to show off. Check them out more carefully.

- Old-timers are different. A friendly and open conversation, with asking and caring talks, will work. "Hi, how are you today?..."

- For newcomers or hi-bye friends, keeping them in the loop thru meetings, activities will help them involve. Otherwise, they will turn away.

- Hi, do observe and predict their attitude before asking! Dishonest human being thingy does not count on us.

Haha, disappointment has a thing for me today; and vice versa. Damn!
